About Zenlife

Hello, my name is Stéphany Noëllis. I’ve been in the artistic world for more than 17 years. Through my professional path, I discovered the power of thoughts and feelings. Art has given me the opportunity to advance in a variety of realms, including music teacher, author, screenwriter, movie director, and storyteller, which earned me a spot in the semi-finals of the African Ultimate Storytelling Competition.

I became interested in music therapy after my grandmother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease. Her memory faded gradually, and she didn’t recognize anyone around her, but she had moments of remarkable clarity when we sang.

The discovery that music can reconnect certain parts of the brain, including memories, has sparked my curiosity about how our brain works in relation to music. After having both positive and negative life experiences, my interest in human cognitive behavior grew throughout time.

This realization marked the start of a lengthy journey in which I learned, and later shared with others, the importance of understanding the influence of thoughts and feelings, as well as the advantages of leading a “fully conscious” existence.

I am now a certified Professional life coach, author, and skilled coach in neuroscience, meditation, mindfulness, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), arts and music therapy. My qualifications come from institutions such as The Priority Academy in Scotland, The Academy of Modern Applied Psychology in Florida, and Transformation Academy (London).

With my background in music and neuroscience, I have a strong interest in supporting people in leading fully conscious lives. I’m here to help you take control of your life, enhance your relationships, and emerge back into the life that you have forgotten.
